١. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع البيانات التالية حسب استخدامك للموقع:

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف/واتساب.
• بيانات مهنية: الاختصاص الطبي، سنة التخرج، الجامعة/الكلية، العمر، الجنس (تُجمع عند التسجيل في الكورسات لتخصيص المحتوى والتحقق من الفئة المستهدفة من الأطباء).
• بيانات الطلب والدفع: تفاصيل الطلب (اسم الكورس، السعر)، وسيلة الدفع المختارة (Zain Cash / Super Qi). لا نخزّن بيانات محفظتك المالية أو كلمات مرورها على خوادمنا.
• بيانات التصفح: ملفات تعريف الارتباط (كوكيز) الخاصة باللغة المفضّلة، سلة الشراء، وجلسة تسجيل الدخول.
• بيانات الاستخدام: تقدّمك في الكورسات، الدروس المكتملة، وحالة النشاط (متصل الآن).
• محتوى تنشره أنت: عند إرسال رأي/تقييم عن الأكاديمية، يُعرض اسمك والرأي المُرسل بشكل علني على الموقع بعد اعتماده من الإدارة.

٢. لماذا نجمع هذه البيانات

• لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته والسماح لك بالوصول إلى الكورسات المشترك بها.
• لمعالجة طلبات الشراء والتحقق من الدفع.
• للتواصل معك بخصوص كورساتك، الدعم الفني، أو استفساراتك عبر نموذج التواصل.
• لتحسين تجربتك وتخصيص محتوى مناسب لاختصاصك الطبي.
• للامتثال لأي التزامات قانونية معمول بها.

٣. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

• مزوّدي بوابات الدفع (Zain Cash / Super Qi) لإتمام عملية الدفع فقط.
• الجهات القانونية إن طُلب ذلك بموجب القانون.

٤. حماية البيانات

تُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغة مشفّرة ولا يمكن لأي موظف الاطلاع عليها. نستخدم اتصالاً
آمناً (HTTPS) لجميع صفحات الموقع. مع ذلك، لا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان أمان مطلق بنسبة 100%،
ونطلب منك الحفاظ على سرية كلمة مرورك.

٥. حقوقك

• الاطلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.

• Professional data: medical specialty, graduation year, university, age, gender (collected at course registration to tailor content and verify the target audience of dentists).
• Order and payment data: order details (course name, price), chosen payment method (Zain Cash / Super Qi). We do not store your wallet credentials or passwords on our servers.
• Browsing data: cookies for language preference, shopping cart, and login session.
• Usage data: course progress, completed lessons, and online/last-active status.
• Content you publish: if you submit a testimonial/review, your name and the review text may be displayed publicly on the site once approved by the academy.

2. Why We Collect This Data

• To create and manage your account and grant access to your enrolled courses.
• To process purchases and verify payment.
• To communicate with you about your courses, support, or contact form inquiries.
• To improve your experience and tailor content to your medical specialty.

• Bunny.net: our video hosting/streaming provider used to deliver course videos; your IP address may reach their servers when you watch a video.
• Payment providers (Zain Cash / Super Qi) solely to complete payment.
• Legal authorities, if required by law.

4. Data Protection

Passwords are stored encrypted and are not accessible to staff. All pages on this site
use a secure connection (HTTPS). However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and
we ask you to keep your password confidential.

5. Your Rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data (except what must be retained for accounting/legal purposes).
